1 <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />REGULAR MEETING STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA ITEM 1G <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Diane Hankee, City Engineer <br />MEETING DATE: March 25, 2024 <br />TOPIC: Consider Resolution No. 24-19 Approving Certificate of <br />Completion, DRF Lino Eye Building (Associated Eye Care) <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Staff is requesting City Council approval for the certificate of completion for the DRF Lino Eye <br />Building project. <br />BACKGROUND <br />On January 10, 2022, the City entered into a site performance agreement with DRF Lino Eye <br />Building for the Associated Eye Care project. The project is located off of 24th Ave and <br />Rosemary Way. Section XV of the site performance agreement states that upon acceptance of <br />the Developer Improvements the City and Developer will enter into a Certificate of <br />Completion. The project has been accepted and they have received their Certificate of <br />Occupancy. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending the City Council approve Resolution 24-19 approving the certificate of <br />completion for the DRF Lino Eye Building project. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.Resolution No. 24-19 <br />2.Certificate of Completion <br />96
