(e) The proposed development shall be served with adequate and safe water <br /> supply. <br /> The proposed multi-tenant industrial and indoor self-storage building will be municipally served <br /> by a 12"watermain located along Park Court and will have an adequate water supply. <br /> (f) The proposed development shall be served with an adequate or safe sanitary <br /> sewer system. <br /> The proposed multi-tenant industrial and indoor self-storage building will be municipally served <br /> by an 8"sanitary sewer main installed along CSAH 23 (Lake Drive) and will have an adequate <br /> sanitary sewer system. <br /> (g) The proposed development shall not result in the premature expenditures of <br /> City funds on capital improvements necessary to accommodate the proposed development. <br /> The proposed multi-tenant industrial and indoor self-storage building does not require City <br /> funds. <br /> (h) Fire prevention and fighting equipment acceptable to the Board of Fire <br /> Underwriters and City Council shall be readily available when any activity involving the handling <br /> or storage of flammable or explosive materials is carried on. <br /> The proposed multi-tenant industrial and indoor self-storage building does not involve any <br /> activity involving the handling or storage of flammable or explosive materials. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the following specific performance standards of City Code <br /> Section 1007.140(9) have also been met: <br /> (g) Two (2) or more principal buildings on same lot provided such buildings relate to a <br /> permitted or conditional use that is operated as a single business or enterprise. <br /> The Phase I-Lino Lake Storage mini self-storage facility and Phase II multi-tenant industrial and <br /> indoor self-storage building shall be operated as a single business or enterprise. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the conditional use permit for two (2) or more principal <br /> buildings on same lot for 440 Park Court Lino Lakes Tech Center & Storage Facility is approved <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Permitted uses listed in City Code Section 1007.140(7), LI, Light Industrial zoning district <br /> shall be allowed to operate in the multi-tenant industrial building units. <br /> 2. Conditional uses as listed in City Code Section 1007.140(9), LI, Light Industrial zoning <br /> district shall not be allowed to operate in the multi-tenant industrial building units. <br /> 4 <br />
