Vehicles parking in the stalls in front of the unit doors cannot block accessibility. <br /> <br />Grading Plan and Stormwater Management <br /> <br />Per the City Engineer Memo dated March 6, 2024 April 10, 2024: <br /> <br />The stormwater management for the Lino Lakes Tech Center consists of the installation of <br />storm sewer structures and pipes to convey the site’s runoff to a new BMP (basin) on the west <br />side of the parcel. The runoff is generated from the one 36,040 square foot storage building <br />and associated driveway and parking that is proposed to be constructed on the site. An 8” sanitary <br />sewer main will be installed along CSAH 23 (Lake Drive) and service the building. <br /> <br />Tree Preservation and Mitigation Standards <br /> <br />The Environmental Coordinator and Environment Board reviewed the tree preservation and <br />landscaping requirements. The following comments are from the February 28, 2024 <br />Environmental Board staff report.
