14 <br /> <br />Additional City and Government Agency Review Comments <br /> <br />Anoka County Highway Department <br /> <br />Anoka County Highway Department reviewed the site plan and provided comments in their <br />February 12, 2024 email. A right-of-way permit from the County is required. <br /> <br />Public Safety Comments <br /> <br />Lino Lakes Public Safety Department-Fire Division notes concerns regarding access to the <br />westside of the building and possible blocked exit door by the snow storage pile have been <br />addressed. <br /> <br />Lino Lakes Public Safety Department-Police Division reviewed the site & building plans and had <br />no comments. <br /> <br />Environmental Board <br /> <br />The Environmental Board reviewed the development proposal at their February 28, 2024 <br />meeting and noted some with minor revisions are needed. These are summarized in the <br />attached March 5, 2024 Environmental Coordinator memo. <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Board <br />The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on March 13, 2024. There were no public <br />comments. The Board recommended approval with a 6-0 vote with conditions detailed in <br />Resolution No. 24-34. One of those conditions includes the re-establishment of the existing <br />berm along CSAH 23 (Lake Drive). This condition and comment has been added to Sheet L-102, <br />Landscape Plan. <br />Agreements <br /> <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br /> <br />The stormwater facilities will be privately maintained and a Declaration for Maintenance of <br />Stormwater Facilities will be required. <br /> <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement <br /> <br />A Site Improvement Performance Agreement is required and will be drafted by the City. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br /> <br />108
