City of Lino Lakes, MN <br />Proposal to Conduct an Operational Study of the Public Safety Department <br />♦ Discuss Draft Report with City. <br />➢ Citygate will conduct a videoconference with the City's project team to <br />present and review the Draft Report. <br />♦ Prepare Final Report. <br />➢ Based on the results of our Draft Report review process, we will then <br />prepare and deliver a Final Report to the City. <br />♦ Present Final Report. <br />➢ Citygate Project Team members including our Public Safety Principal and <br />Fire Services Lead Consultant Stewart Gary, as well as our local Police <br />Services Lead Consultant Jack Serier, will deliver an on -site presentation <br />using Microsoft PowerPoint to an audience of the City's/Department's <br />choosing. <br />2.2 STUDY COMPONENTS WITH WHICH THE DEPARTMENT MUST ASSIST <br />The Department staff have the best capability to collect much of the required data that can assist <br />the Citygate study. Therefore, the Department will assist Citygate with: <br />♦ Providing data and documents detailing the organization, services, performance <br />measures, and other information related to the Department as requested by <br />Citygate, as available. <br />♦ Identifying a single point of contact for this project. <br />♦ Creating a Planning Assessment Team to include a representative cross-section of <br />key Department managers, operational staff, data analysts, and other stakeholders <br />as identified. <br />2.3 PROJECT SCHEDULE AND DELIVERABLES <br />Citygate is prepared to initiate this study upon execution of a contract for services. <br />Based on our experience with similar studies, we expect this study to take approximately six (6) <br />months to complete, as summarized in the following table.
