Kimley-Horn with opportunity to perform project related administrative tasks including invoicing, project <br />scheduling, and staffing/production coordination. <br />Deliverables <br />• Project status meeting, participation in a maximum of 24 virtual meetings (bi-weekly) <br />• Team conference calls <br />• Meeting agenda and meeting summaries <br />2.0 STAKEHOLDER AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT <br />2.1 Master Planning Engagement <br />The first phase of engagement will focus on creating a master plan that aligns with the City and <br />community's goals and shared vision. The consultant deliverables in this phase include: <br />Deliverables <br />• Public Engagement and Communications Plan — assumes up to two rounds of edits <br />• Six stakeholder focus groups representing a broad range of community stakeholders and <br />residents (i.e. residents, developers, property owners, interest groups) — could be formatted into <br />small groups or individual <br />• Prepare materials for and attend three community workshops (includes notices, presentations, <br />display boards, FAQs, handouts). Information will be made available online as well. <br />Meeting #1 is intended to be informational about the master plan process and brainstorm with <br />the community about what are the best uses for the site to develop scenarios. <br />Meeting #2 is intended for community members to review scenarios, provide input and <br />receive answers to questions <br />Meeting #3 is intended to focus on the supporting infrastructure discussion (i.e., roads, utility <br />infrastructure, open space, etc.) that would support the land use scenarios and provide an <br />overview of next steps for the AUAR. <br />• Prepare materials for and attend four agency planning coordination workshops (Anoka County <br />Highway Department, Rice Creek Watershed District, Forest Lake School District, Centennial <br />School District) <br />• Prepare materials for and present at eight city meetings (assumes three Planning and Zoning <br />meetings, three City Council meetings, and two advisory groups) <br />Digital Outreach <br />• Develop a brand for public engagement and communication across all communication platforms <br />and collateral. <br />• Develop specific project website, with ongoing content updates and responses to frequent <br />questions, that is also available as a link on the city's website <br />• One interactive feedback map and survey using Kimley-Horn's PublicCoordinate software for 1 <br />year. <br />• Develop content for emails, newsletter articles and other communications that would be <br />distributed through the city's communications channels based on the continued implementation of <br />the public engagement and communications plan. <br />• Develop information collateral (i.e., informational fact sheet, flyers, signage) that is available <br />through the specific project website, city offices and other locations in the city. <br />• Three postcards <br />• Ongoing social media posts (paid and organic) on the city's Facebook and Twitter/X accounts <br />based on the implementation of the public engagement and communications plan. <br />Rev 07/2024 <br />
