Maneuverability is maximized. <br /> <br /> 5. The drive-through window and its stacking lanes shall be screened from view of <br />adjoining residential zoning districts and public street rights-of-way. <br /> <br />The drive-through window is located on the north end of the building, away from <br />residential zoning districts and public street rights-of-way. <br /> <br /> 6. A lighting and photometric plan will be required that illustrates the drive- <br />through service lane lighting and shall comply with § 1007.046. <br /> <br />A photometric plan has been submitted; however, revisions are required to determine <br />compliance. <br /> <br />Building C <br />Building C on Lot 1, Block 2 is approximately 1,700sf and is a proposed fast oil change <br />facility. A new infiltration basin is proposed along the west lot line. A conditional use <br />permit (CUP) is required in the GB, General Business for auto repair-major and minor. A <br />fast oil change facility is considered a minor auto repair. The CUP conditions will be <br />discussed later in this report. <br /> <br />Drive-through service facilities are accessory uses. Per City Code Section 1007.132(7): <br /> <br /> (c) Drive-through service facilities: <br /> <br /> 1. At least 120 feet of segregated passenger motor vehicle stacking must be <br />provided for the single service lane. Where multiple service lanes are provided, the <br />minimum passenger motor vehicle stacking may be reduced to 60 feet per lane. <br /> <br />60 feet of multiple service lane stacking is provided. <br /> <br /> 2. The stacking lane and its access must be designed to control traffic in a manner <br />to protect the buildings and will not interfere with on-site traffic circulation or access to <br />the required parking space. <br /> <br />Traffic is controlled and will not interfere with on-site traffic circulation or access. <br /> <br /> 3. No part of the public street or boulevard may be used for stacking of passenger <br />motor vehicles or motorcycles. <br />
