7 <br />No public street is used for stacking. <br /> <br /> 4. The stacking lane, order board intercom, and window placement shall be <br />designed and located in such a manner as to minimize glare to adjacent premises, <br />particularly residential premises, and to maximize maneuverability of vehicles on the <br />site. <br /> <br />The stacking lanes and vehicles face away from the residential lots to the west. There are <br />no order board and windows on site. Maneuverability is maximized. <br /> <br /> 5. The drive-through window and its stacking lanes shall be screened from view of <br />adjoining residential zoning districts and public street rights-of-way. <br /> <br />There is no drive-through window. The stacking lanes will be screened from the <br />residential lots with a privacy fence and landscaping along the west lot line. <br /> <br /> 6. A lighting and photometric plan will be required that illustrates the drive- <br />through service lane lighting and shall comply with § 1007.046. <br /> <br />A photometric plan has been submitted; however, revisions are required to determine <br />compliance. <br /> <br />Architectural Plans and Exterior Building Materials <br /> <br />The architectural plans and exterior building materials of the 3 buildings compliment <br />each other as well as the Marketplace development on the east side of Lake Drive. <br />Materials include 2 different colors of brick, glass, stone, EIFS, and rock faced block. <br />Colors are browns, tans, charcoal greys, and black. <br /> <br />The exterior materials, colors, and percentages are compliant with performance <br />standards. <br /> <br />The building heights range from 20 to 24ft which is less than that maximum 45 ft <br />allowed. <br /> <br />Trash enclosure/storage areas are proposed on each site; however, construction details <br />are required. <br /> <br />Mechanical equipment screening for each building shall be provided. <br /> <br />Grading Plan and Stormwater Management <br /> <br />Per the City Engineer Memo dated October 2, 2024: <br />
