The stacking lanes and vehicles face away from the residential lots to the west. There are no <br />order board and windows on site. Maneuverability is maximized. <br />5. The drive -through window and its stacking lanes shall be screened from view of <br />adjoining residential zoning districts and public street rights -of -way. <br />There is no drive -through window. The stacking lanes will be screened from the residential lots <br />with a privacy fence and landscaping along the west lot line. <br />6. A lighting and photometric plan will be required that illustrates the drive -through <br />service lane lighting and shall comply with § 1007.046. <br />A photometric plan has been submitted, however, revisions are required to determine <br />compliance. <br />Architectural Plans and Exterior Building Materials <br />The architectural plans and exterior building materials of the 3 buildings compliment each other <br />as well as the Marketplace development on the east side of Lake Drive. Materials include 2 <br />different colors of brick, glass, stone, EIFS, and rock faced block. Colors are browns, tans, <br />charcoal greys, and black. <br />The exterior materials, colors, and percentages are compliant with performance standards. <br />The building heights range from 20 to 24ft which is less than that maximum 45 ft allowed. <br />Trash enclosure/storage areas are proposed on each site; however, construction details are <br />required. <br />Mechanical equipment screening for each building shall be provided. <br />Grading Plan and Stormwater Management <br />Per the City Engineer Memo dated October 29, 2024: <br />Stormwater management for the Lino Retail 2.0 site consists of infiltration basins for the <br />southern and northern lots. Additionally, some stormwater infrastructure is proposed for the <br />City realignment of Marketplace Drive.
