CITY COUNCIL <br />REGULAR MEETING STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA ITEM 3D <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Meg Sawyer, Human Resources and Communications Manager <br />MEETING DATE: November 25, 2024 <br />TOPIC: 2025-2026 Non -Union Compensation Plan <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The City Council is being asked to approve the 2025 and 2026 Compensation Plans for Non -Union <br />Employees. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to establish and maintain a <br />compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Council.
