1. Any floodplain impacts are subject to City requirements per City Code Chapter 1103. <br />2. A Base Flood Elevation is required to be determined, using detailed methods acceptable <br />by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). <br />3. A FEMA CLOMR and LOMR may be required for development if there are floodplain <br />impacts. <br />Additional City and Government Agency Review Comments <br />Anoka County <br />Anoka County Highway Department comments are in the attached email. <br />School District <br />Centennial ISD#12 did not provide comments. <br />Lino Lakes Public Safety <br />Police Division had no comments. <br />Fire Division reviewed the concept plan and no issues. <br />City Engineer <br />City Engineer comments are in the attached memo. <br />Environmental Board <br />The Environmental Board reviewed the concept plan on January 29, 2025 and their comments <br />are in the attached memo. <br />Park Board <br />The Park Board reviewed the concept plan on February 5, 2025 and their comments are in the <br />attached memo. <br />Planning & Zoning Board <br />The Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the concept plan on February 12, 2025. They were <br />generally supportive of the concept plan. Their comments include: <br />• Supported straight R2, Two Family Residential zoning and comprehensive plan <br />amendment. <br />9 <br />
