City Code Section 1007.114(4) of the R-4 District requires the minimum livable floor area for <br />each multiple family dwelling unit shall be 700 square feet plus 100 additional square feet for <br />each bedroom. An outlot shall be created for the upland area of the public park to the west that will be <br />used for passive recreation. The outlot will be owned by the City. <br />Streets and Alleys <br />CSAH 32 (Ash Street) and CSAH 21 (Centerville Road) are A -Minor Arterial Expander roads. <br />Internal streets consist of local streets and private driveways intended to serve the site. <br />Wilkinson Way is a local street with 60ft of right-of-way and paved 30ft back to back.
