Conservation easements and wetland buffers shall be required over Outlots A, B, C and <br />D. <br />Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control <br />The Preliminary Plat shows three stormwater ponds, one within Outlot C to the east of Block 2 <br />and two located within Outlot D located to the south Block 4. The proposed trail runs between <br />the two stormwater ponds within Outlot D and the southern of the two ponds will connect and <br />expand the existing stormwater pond within Natures Reserve.
