RJM has been <br />a CHASE member <br />since 2015, and have <br />had at least 10 Level <br />3 projects in the last 3 <br />SAFETY PROGRAM <br />Safety is integral to our business. We believe that safety, quality, and productivity <br />are interrelated, and we have adopted a comprehensive program to carry out that <br />philosophy. Our policy is to provide required safety training for all employees, utilize <br />high -performing safety equipment, and set clear expectations and standards for <br />subcontractors. RJM's Director of Safety, Kale Fischer, provides leadership and <br />oversight to the safety aspects of every project and will work closely with our project <br />team to develop a site security plan that complies with all temporary egress, fire, and <br />life safety requirements. Our safety manual is segmented and accessible through <br />QR codes posted on -site, providing instant access to information in the field. This <br />approach ensures that the content is readily available at all times and allows for <br />real-time updates and improvements to our processes. Directives accompanying <br />our toolbox talks are modified to communicate these changes promptly, fostering a <br />dynamic and responsive safety communication system within our organization. <br />The following set of metrics provides a comprehensive overview of our unwavering <br />commitment to safety and our outstanding track record over the past seven years. <br />These metrics encapsulate the array of safety protocols and measures we have <br />implemented and upheld, guaranteeing the safety and well-being of our employees, <br />customers, and stakeholders. They stand as a testament to our dedication to fostering <br />a safe and secure environment across all our operations and processes. <br />RJM has earned recognitionfrom esteemed bodiessuch asthe Minnesota Department <br />of Labor and Industry and the AGC of Minnesota as a Construction Health and <br />Safety Excellence (CHASE) partner. The CHASE partnership charter underscores the <br />significance of creating a safe, healthful work environment in construction and seeks <br />to foster a relationship built on mutual trust and respect among all parties involved in <br />the construction process, including project owners and construction workers. Since <br />2015, RJM has been an active participant in the CHASE program, with our inaugural <br />Level 3 project, the HERO Center, completed in 2018. Presently, we are engaged in <br />our eighth CHASE project. <br />Our enduring partnership with the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and <br />the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is deeply valued. It <br />has empowered us to continuously enhance and embed safety standards into our <br />company culture while aiding us in mitigating risks to our employees, subcontractors, <br />and visitors. <br />CHANGE ORDER PROCEDURES <br />years RJM takes a proactive and diligent approach to managing change orders, prioritizing <br />OSHA Stand Down to the client's interests and project efficiency.
