The RCWD is aware of these <br />concerns and is in the process of completing maintenance projects to address some of the <br />issues. Staff is continuing to discuss overall system function with the RCWD. However, the <br />proposed size and depth of the Andall Culvert is consistent with the RCWD permit <br />requirements. <br />Quotes for the project were received on November 18, 2025 and are outlined below: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The low quote was submitted by Dimke Excavating of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, in the amount of <br />$88,925.59. <br /> <br />The substantial completion date for this project is March 31, 2026. The final completion date <br />for this project is May 31, 2026. Funding for the project is through the Surface Water Utility <br />fund. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of Resolution No. 25-163 accepting quotes and awarding a <br />construction contract for the Andall Street Culvert Project in the amount of $88,925.59 to <br />Dimke Excavating, and adoption of Resolution No. 25-170 approving Agreement to Maintain <br />Subsurface Structure. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
