Trunk Sanitary Sewer Connection Fees <br /> <br />The City established trunk utility connection fees to uniformly <br />distribute the costs of public trunk sanitary sewer infrastructure. The <br />Trunk Utility Connection Fee consists of two components; a Trunk <br />Charge and an Availability Charge. <br /> <br />Trunk Charge <br /> <br />Previously paid at the time of subdivision. <br /> <br />Availability Charge <br /> <br />Commercial/Industrial/Institutional availability charges shall be paid <br />at the time of building permit. Fees are based on the number of <br />sanitary access charge (SAC) units assigned by Metropolitan <br />Council Environmental Services (MCES). <br /> <br />City Sewer (CSAC) $1,686.00 Per SAC Unit <br /> <br />Trunk sewer unit charges addressed under this paragraph are in <br />addition to any SAC charges imposed by Metropolitan Council <br />Environmental Services. <br />B.
