<br />Level of Service <br />Level of Service (LOS) is used to describe the operating conditions of an intersection. <br /> Facilities are given letter designations from “A” (best operating conditions) to “F” (worst <br />conditions). <br /> City Code Section 1001.013(2)(c), Premature Subdivision of the City’s Subdivision <br />Ordinance establishes minimum Level Of Service (LOS) requirements. The ordinance <br />states that if the LOS is A or B, the proposed subdivision shall not the degrade the LOS <br />more than one grade. If the LOS is C or D, it shall not degrade the LOS.
