• <br />• <br />• <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05 -80 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR A 3.2 PERCENT MALT <br />LIQUOR (BEER) LICENSE, CABARET LICENSE AND AN EXEMPTION FOR <br />GAMBLING PERMIT FOR THE ANNUAL ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH <br />AUGUST FESTIVAL <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />June 27, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph Catholic Church has made application for a 3.2 percent malt <br />liquor (beer) license, a cabaret license and an exemption for lawful <br />gambling permit for their annual August Festival to be held on August 13th <br />and 14th, 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes Police Depai talent has conducted an investigation <br />of St. Joseph Catholic Church; and <br />WHEREAS, St. Joseph Catholic Church is in compliance with city ordinance; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the 3.2 percent malt liquor (beer) license, the cabaret license and <br />the application for exemption for gambling permit for the August festival. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of June, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
