Larger drainage and utility easements will be required to be provided over <br />any utilities outside the right of way and any surface water management features <br />Development Agreement <br />A development agreement will be required with the final plat. <br />Grading Agreement <br />Grading agreement not required at this time. <br />•Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />The stormwater maintenance for public facilities in the Pine Oaks development will be <br /> covered under the City’s Programmatic Stormwater Management Agreement after the <br />facilities have been installed and accepted by the City. Borrow areas / Lakes area will be <br />maintained by the HOA. <br />•Permits Required <br /> <br />Required permits will be determined at the time of preliminary plat submittal.
