The strategy works in conjunction with the City’s utility staging plan.
The City will plan to accommodate an annual average of 230 units per year over each 5-
year phasing period not to exceed 345 units in any one year. From 2010 to 2025, the
’s average annual number of units is 120. This is less than the allowed 230 unit
annual allocation.
The proposed 86 lot development would be consistent with the growth management
strategy.
Current Zoning and Land Use
Current Zoning R, Rural
Current Land Use Agricultural and Rural Residential
Future Land Use per
Medium Density Residential
2040 Comp Plan
Utility Staging Area Stage 1B (2025-2030)
4
