<br />Rezoning <br />The site is currently zoned R, Rural. The R, Rural zoning is a holding district until <br />municipal water and sanitary sewer are available to the site and the property owner is <br />interested in having the property developed. <br />The property will be rezoned R2, Two Family Residential for the 60ft wide single family <br />lots and R-3, Medium Density Residential for the townhomes. <br />Lot and Setback Requirements <br />Per City Code Section 1007.112(1), land that is guided medium density residential may <br />be zoned R-2.
