City of Lino Lakes — Surface Water Management Plan <br />1/10/11 <br />FOR staff will review all documentation provided by Lino Lakes City staff and will <br />evaluate the background information, issues, goals and actions identified in each <br />summary memorandum. EOR staff will utilize these memoranda to differentiate the <br />textual content for use in the each of the designated LSWMP sections and designate each <br />of the issues, goals and actions as "City- Wide" and /or "RMU- Specific" as described in <br />Task 3.3. <br />Deliverables: <br />• EOR will utilize the City - prepared memoranda to develop a summary document that <br />differentiates appropriate locations in the LSWMP for each of the textual excerpts <br />from existing plans. <br />Assumptions: <br />• City will prepare memoranda with limited guidance from EOR. <br />Cost Assumptions: <br />• 78 EOR staff hours <br />• $9,948 <br />Task 3.2 — Update Physical Setting with New Information <br />Description: <br />To the greatest extent possible, this section of the LSWMP will utilize existing <br />documentation from the City's Local Comprehensive Plan and background information <br />in the City - prepared memoranda described in Task 3.1. The remaining sections <br />particularly "Groundwater Resources" and "Climate" will need to be developed as part of <br />this LSWMP. To meet the requirements of 8410 and 103B EOR will address the <br />following topics in the Physical Setting portion of the Local Surface Water Management <br />Plan: <br />• Location and History* <br />• Topography* <br />■ Soils and Geology* <br />• Climate ** <br />• Surface Water Resources ** <br />• Drainage Systems <br />• Flooding <br />• Groundwater Resources <br />• Natural Resources* <br />• Pollutant Sources* <br />■ Comprehensive Planning and Land Use ** <br />Sections that were already written for the 2005 Local Surface Water Management Plan <br />that require little to no updating are denoted with ( *).
