City of Lino Lakes — Surface Water Management Plan <br />1/10/11 <br />Deliverables: <br />• Shapefile of existing and proposed BMPs on an RMU- by -RMU basis <br />Assumptions: <br />For cost estimating purposes this assumes 8 -10 attributes containing the count of how <br />many BMPs in the RMU. <br />Cost Assumptions: <br />• 10 FOR staff hours <br />• $860 <br />Task 4.3 — Development of Metadata <br />Description: <br />EOR proposes to develop the metadata so that the final data sets can be delivered to the <br />City upon completion of the project. <br />Deliverables: <br />• EOR will create the metadata consistent with the Minnesota Geographic Metadata <br />Guidelines. <br />Cost Assumptions: <br />• 10 EOR staff hours <br />• $860 <br />5: Plan Review Process <br />Task 5.1 — Internal Review <br />Description: <br />Upon completion of the draft plan, EOR will work with City Staff to post an electronic <br />copy of the Local Surface Water Plan for internal review and comment. City Staff, the <br />Environmental Board and elected officials interested in reviewing the plan can print the <br />entire plan or sections of the plan for review and comment. All comments received from <br />the City should be routed through one point of contact that can make decisions about <br />which comments to address and provide guidance in the case of conflicting comments. <br />EOR will modify the draft document as directed by City Staff or the Project Point -of- <br />Contact to reflect comments /suggestions received during the Internal Review Process. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Draft Local Surface Water Management Plan that is ready to be sent for the formal <br />review process. <br />Assumptions: <br />• It is assumed that the City will not need EOR to provide hard copies of the plan at <br />this stage of the project and that an electronic copy will suffice. <br />• It is assumed that all comments received from the City of Lino Lakes will be routed <br />through one point of contact that can provide EOR with direction on which <br />comments to address and what to do in the case of conflicting comments, and when <br />comments are out -of- scope. <br />Emmons & Olivier Resources, Inc. <br />water I ecology I community <br />9 <br />—100— <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
