1 <br />May 30, 2002 <br />Lakes Liquor <br />Attn: Steve Arhip <br />7860 Lake Drive <br />Lino Lakes, MN 55014 <br />RE: Notice of Hearing to Suspend or Revoke Liquor License for Lakes Liquor <br />Dear Steve: <br />This is to notify you that a hearing has been scheduled for June 10, 2002 at 5:30 p.m. <br />before the Lino Lakes City Council to determine whether or not you have violated Lino <br />Lakes Ordinance 701 and what, if any action shall be taken by the City Council. Please <br />be advised that the hearing will be held at the Lino Lakes City Hall, 600 Town Center <br />Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. It is alleged that on May 4, 2001, you did violate <br />Ordinance 701 by selling alcoholic beverages to an underage person. Please be advised <br />that Lino Lakes Ordinance 701.10, Subd. 1, provides as follows: <br />"Subd. 1. General. The Council may, after notice and hearing, suspend or revoke <br />any liquor license for a violation of any provision or condition of this chapter or <br />any State law or regulation governing the sale of intoxicating liquor and revoke <br />such license if the licensee willfully violates any provision of this chapter or any <br />State law or regulation governing the sale of intoxicating liquor." <br />If you have any questions regarding this process, please feel free to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />O.__ Llf &L <br />Ann J.
