The Council received a draft Traffic <br />Analysis, prepared by URS, at the September 4, 2002 work session which identified <br />existing and post development traffic conditions at the Birch Street and Hodgson Road <br />intersections. The request was brought back to the Council at the September 23, 2002 <br />meeting and subsequently tabled to the November 28, 2002 meeting, at the request of <br />the developer, in order to allow time to discuss intersection improvements with Anoka <br />County. <br />This review is based on the following plan submittals: <br />Site grading, drainage, and erosion control plat dated 4/11/02 and revised <br />6/21/02 <br />Site Plan dated 4/11/02 and revised 6/12/02 <br />Utility Plan dated 6/12/02 and revised 7/02/02 <br />Landscaping and tree preservation plan dated 6/12/02 <br />Building Elevations dated 7/10/02 <br />Lighting Plan dated received 3/11/02 <br />
