This task will also describe potential review processes <br />and procedures including financial guarantees and enforcement. <br />Time estimate: 36 hours <br />Task 5: Staff Review Draft Ordinances <br />It is anticipated that City staff will do an initial review of the draft ordinances. This task assumes <br />up to three meetings with City staff. Drafts of the ordinances would then be revised as necessary <br />before being forwarded to the advisory boards and City Council. <br />Time estimate: 8 hours <br />Task 6: Advisory Board and City Council Review of Draft Ordinances <br />This task will involve review of the draft ordinances by the advisory boards and the City <br />Council. If appropriate, joint meetings will be held to foster interactive discussions and <br />streamline the review process. It is anticipated that this task will include up to four meetings <br />with advisory boards and/or the City Council. <br />Time estimate: 6 hours <br />Task 7: Revise Draft Ordinances <br />The draft ordinances will be revised in accordance with input received from staff, the advisory <br />boards, and the City Council in Tasks 5 and 6. If desired, the final draft ordinances will be <br />formatted to reflect the City's official ordinance form for public hearing and City Council action. <br />Time estimate: 10 hours <br />Task 8: Public Hearing and Ordinance Readings <br />The consultant will attend the official public hearing on the ordinances before the Planning <br />Commission as well as the ordinance readings before the City Council. This task assumes up to <br />three meetings. <br />Time estimate: 4 hours <br />
