According to Chapter 400 of the City Code, <br />the adoption of the above - mentioned resolution will establish the public hearing date for <br />proposed assessments of delinquent utility accounts. Therefore, the Council should consider waiving the 30 days waiting <br />period. <br />Approval of Resolution No. 99 - 94 authorizes the lawful gambling application and waives the 30 <br />day waiting period. <br />Council Member Neal moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 - 94, as presented.
