If approved, this application will not reach the Minnesota Gambling Control Board 30 days prior to the scheduled activity. Therefore, the Council should consider waiving the 30 days waiting period. Approval of Resolution No. 99 - 94 authorizes the lawful gambling application and waives the 30 day waiting period. Council Member Neal moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 - 94, as presented.
