Resolution No. 00 — 82, Establish dates of Truth in Taxation Hearings <br />Staff advised if there is a proposed increase in the tax rate, the City must hold a public <br />hearing and adopt a resolution prior to the truth in taxation hearings. <br />Council directed staff to post a public hearing for the September 25, 2000, Council <br />meeting. <br />Council Member Reinert asked if staff is prepared with recommendations so a tax <br />increase does occur.
