• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION No. 2001 -31 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION AT THE NORTH/EAST <br />CORNER OF BIRCH STREET AND HODGSON ROAD <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City of Lino Lakes for a Minor <br />Subdivision on the north/east corner of Birch Street and Hodgson Road for property <br />legally described as: <br />(see attached legal description) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes found the requested <br />Minor Subdivision to conform to the criteria as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance of the <br />City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes that the Minor Subdivision requested is hereby approved with the following <br />described conditions: <br />1. Dedication of 27 -29.73 feet of right -of -way along the west property line of <br />both Parcel A and B as required by Anoka County. <br />2. Approval of this minor subdivision does not guarantee, nor imply approval of <br />any subsequent development plans for the property. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of February 2001. <br />John J.
