• • • Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION No. 2001 -31 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION AT THE NORTH/EAST CORNER OF BIRCH STREET AND HODGSON ROAD WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City of Lino Lakes for a Minor Subdivision on the north/east corner of Birch Street and Hodgson Road for property legally described as: (see attached legal description) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes found the requested Minor Subdivision to conform to the criteria as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the Minor Subdivision requested is hereby approved with the following described conditions: 1. Dedication of 27 -29.73 feet of right -of -way along the west property line of both Parcel A and B as required by Anoka County. 2. Approval of this minor subdivision does not guarantee, nor imply approval of any subsequent development plans for the property. Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of February 2001.
