Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 -58 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE RE- PRIORITIZATION STUDY FOR THE 2002/2003 <br />STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to initiate street reconstruction improvements for construction <br />in 2002 and 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, the existence of City sanitary sewer and water service should be <br />considered when selecting the streets to be reconstructed, and <br />WHEREAS, on March 12, 2001, the City Council ordered a study to re- prioritize the <br />streets to be considered for re- construction <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Study has been received by the City Council. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of April, 2001. <br />John J.
