The lot was rough- <br />graded with the grading of the overall campus. There are 2 <br /> sets of existing 8” sanitary sewer and water stubs to the lot. The number of units and <br />demand is within the anticipated capacity of the original campus design for the area and is <br />supported with the existing infrastructure. <br />Comments: <br />1.With the Final PUD plan, provide better clarify the current topological information of <br />the site as existing and clearly identify what grading/construction is proposed with the <br />new building addition. <br /> Lyngblomsten Nursing Home – Skilled Nursing Addition - Engineering Review <br /> <br />
