Comment: Dust and noxious weed propagation are subject to the <br />requirements of the zoning ordinance and City Code respectively. <br />g. The prairie specialist would monitor sediment drainage to the lake, which must be <br />minimized Use of the lake for irrigation water would be overseen (or barred) by <br />this entity. <br />Comment: The stormwater conveyance system is subject to periodic <br />inspection by the City Engineer. <br />Use of the Lake for irrigation purposes would be subject to Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources (Mn/DNR) permits and regulations. <br />h. The Church may not advertise to the general public their bookstore, coffee shop, <br />and revenue - generating facilitates. These amenities should be for church <br />members only. <br />Comment: Retail sales and services for general public consumption are not <br />an allowed use under this permit or within the Rural Zoning District. <br />4. Lighting <br />a. All lights, whether on signs, on the church spire, street lights, or otherwise, must <br />be turned off by 11:00 p.m. each night, unless a brief extension of time is <br />necessary as a church activity ends. <br />Comment : Condition No. 6 of Resolution No. 04 -17 addresses these concerns. <br />Illuminated signage is not permitted in Rural Zoning Districts as set forth in the <br />Sign Ordinance. <br />b.
