• <br />• <br />City Council <br />Lake Drive/I -35W Interchange Study <br />April 26, 2004 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -49 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF LAKE DRIVE /I -35W <br />INTERCHANGE STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Legacy at Woods Edge project, requires certain <br />improvements be made to Lake Drive (County State Aid Highway 23); and <br />WHEREAS, it is beneficial to the City to evaluate the proposed Lake Drive <br />improvements in conjunction with future I -35W interchange improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's Consulting Engineer, SEH Inc., has submitted a proposal to <br />perform such services <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the City's Consulting Engineer, SEH, is hereby authorized to prepare the <br />Lake Drive/ I -35W Interchange Study. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of April, 2004. <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />John J.
