• Integrate into neighborhoods those retail and service commercial activities <br />required /desired by the neighborhood. <br />Goal 2: Work with developers to identify innovative strategies for attracting en <br />level and smaller entrepreneurial businesses to Lino Lakes <br />Rationale: The City of Lino Lakes requires a wide variety of business options to meet <br />the diverse needs of residents. <br />Strategies: <br />• Encourage new business owners and expanding entrepreneurial businesses to locate <br />here by offering appropriate incentives. <br />• Create aesthetic design standards and provide unique business amenities not available <br />in other parts of the North Metro area. <br />• Work with the current business community, the Chamber of Commerce and the city's <br />Economic Development Advisory Committee to attract new businesses and expand <br />the economic success of existing businesses. <br />• Promote Lino Lakes' identity as a business friendly city. <br />Goal 3: Attract :and encourage light industrial, high tech, business and professional <br />services enterprises to Lino Lakes. <br />Rationale: Lino Lakes' industrial and commercial development will be concentrated <br />primarily along its existing business corridors.
