• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -23 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BLAINE WATER INTERCONNECTION JOINT <br />POWERS AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, an emergency interconnection with the City of Blaine was constructed <br />during the Elm Street Reconstruction Project. <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 04 -169 approved the Final Payment for the Elm Street <br />Reconstruction Project, which included the emergency water interconnection <br />construction costs. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Blaine Water Interconnection Joint Powers Agreement, which includes an <br />equal division of construction costs 50% to the city of Lino Lakes and 50% to <br />the City of Blaine totaling to $17,338.69 for each City. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of February, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
