ALCOHOL COMPLIANCE CHECKS
In 2006 we completed compliance checks throughout the city with all those checked found to be in
compliance. Results of several compliance checks are noted below.
•
Drug Recognition Class
The Lino Lakes Police Department conducted drug
recognition classes for the Public Safety Citizens Academy,
Kimball School District employees, Forest Lake Area
Community Education personnel, the Forest Lake Youth
Service Bureau staff, White Bear Lake parent group,
Minnesota High School Counselors Association staff; City
of Ramsey Fire Department staff; and the Early Childhood
Family Education Center staff. The class curriculum
included what illegal narcotics look like, such as ecstasy,
cocaine, crystal methamphetamine, mushrooms, marijuana;
the drug paraphernalia used, and the effects that these
narcotics have on the human body. Participants were taught
how to tell if someone is under the influence of
narcotics by their facial expressions and body language. Officer Hager and Sgt. McCarthy
Instructors Sergeant Kelly McCarthy and Officer Dale Hager
also participated in the Anoka Countywide Methamphetamine Awareness Informational program
sponsored by the Centennial School District held at Centennial Middle School.
Lino Lakes Police Department 2006 Annual Report
18
•
•
2/24/2006
3/11/2005
12/3/2004
7/9/2004
4/23/2004
10/25/2003
9/12/2003
5/23/2003
Pass/Fails
American
Legion
Fail
Pass
Pass
Pass
Fail
Pass
Pass
Pass
6/2
Amoco /Oasis
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Fail
Fail
Pass
Pass
6/2
J & K Liquor
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Fail
Pass
Pass
Pass
7/1
Lakes Liquor
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
8/0
Millers on
Main
Fail
Pass
Pass
Pass
Fail
Pass
Pass
Pass
6/2
Trappers Bar
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
N/A
7/0
VFW
Fail
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Fail
Pass
Pass
6/2
Eagle Liquor
Pass
Pass
Fail
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
N/A
6/1
Spirit Hills
Liquor
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
N/A
N/A
6/0
Mansetti's
Pass
Pass
Fail
N/A
N/A
N/A
N/A
N/A
2/1
Target
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass
N/A
N/A
N/A
5/0
Red Oak
Steak House
Pass
Pass
N/A
N/A
N/A
N/A
N/A
N/A
2/0
Drug Recognition Class
The Lino Lakes Police Department conducted drug
recognition classes for the Public Safety Citizens Academy,
Kimball School District employees, Forest Lake Area
Community Education personnel, the Forest Lake Youth
Service Bureau staff, White Bear Lake parent group,
Minnesota High School Counselors Association staff; City
of Ramsey Fire Department staff; and the Early Childhood
Family Education Center staff.
