MUNICI
WATE
RESOUR
WATE'
WASTEW
Proposal to Provide
En:eering
Servnes.
Experts Chosen Specifically
for the City of Lino Lakes
WSB has established the Lino Lakes engineering
team after careful consideration. We have
chosen these individuals based on their
background, skill set, and their relationships
with the community and other governmental
agencies. As you can see from the adjacent
organizational chart and their capsule resumes
on the following pages, these individuals are
unique in their experience and will provide the
City of Lino Lakes with a focused and fresh
perspective on engineering services.
Our team understands the community and is
the most qualified to enhance the
organizational performance of engineering
services for the City of Lino Lakes, based on
our ability to accomplish the following:
• Establish firm guidelines for engineering
assignments, which will reduce the impact
to the City's General Fund (and reduce
engineering fees)
• Work with the governmental agencies
having jurisdiction in the City to streamline
approval processes, obtain financial
assistance that leverages City funds, and
develop mutually beneficial projects
• Simplify the review process for private
development to encourage investment and
economic development in the community,
while enhancing and protecting the natural
resource assets and achieving the City's
long term goals
• Engage the community and encourage
dialogue that will raise the bar for public
involvement in infrastructure improvement
projects
