Supporting Team The following capsules provide background about the team that will be most closely supporting Jason in his work with the City of Lino Lakes. As highlighted on our organization chart, the City will have access to a wide variety of professional disciplines through WSB's in -depth staff. - OMMW Brian Bourassa, PE CLIENT ADVOCATE WSB offers this unique collaborative position with our service offering. Brian's knowledge of the City uniquely positions him to assist in the strategic development of City engineering initiatives. Brian has more than 15 years of municipal engineering experience and is a 23 year resident of the City of Lino Lakes and has developed a deep understanding and love for the community. During that time, Brian has focused on putting the needs of the community first and has been involved with numerous activities in the City, some of which are listed below: • Consultant engineer for the City of Lino Lakes (while at TKDA and OSM) • Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee • Watershed District Task Force • Park Board Member • Consultant engineer for private development projects (while at MFRA) • School and church volunteer • Founding member of the Chain of Lakes Rotary Club Brian will work with Jason during the transition period to ensure a smooth transition of engineering duties, a thorough and complete understanding of the City's engineering goals, and that the foundation for a long -term partnership is established. He will also be involved with City engineering projects as a community resource, which will provide "on the ground" research related to specific project details. Brian will be an integral part of WSB's customer service effort which will ensure that the ongoing service provided meets or exceeds the City's expectations. He will utilize Client Satisfaction Interviews and other project related follow -up to make sure the City is satisfied in all areas related to WSB. Brian's involvement in the City of Lino Lakes will be a value added component to the WSB city engineering offering and will guarantee that the needs of the City of Lino Lakes will always be put first in this long -term partnership. Jeremy Koenen, PE ASSISTANT CITY ENGINEER Jeremy will work with Jason on day -to -day general engineering assignments, will assist with project design of City projects, and review private development plans. Jeremy has more than five years of engineering experience in design and construction inspection of infrastructure improvement projects. His design experience includes sanitary sewer (new and rehabilitation), watermain, storm sewer, streets, and drainage projects. Jeremy has experience as an in -house Assistant City Engineer with the City of Minnetrista, where he performed general engineering assignments and developer plan review. Jeremy is also the lead municipal State Aid street resource at WSB and is adept at optimizing a community's State Aid needs. Matt John, EIT MUNICIPAL Matt will work with Jason and Jeremy assisting with the design elements of City projects and providing construction observation services. Matt has two years of experience in construction inspection, compiling estimates, and municipal design. Matt has designed drainage, street and utility improvements, and prepared plans and specifications for reconstruction projects. He has prepared feasibility reports including quantity takeoffs, and construction cost estimates for several municipal projects. Identification and Qualifications of Assigned Personnel NO
