Supporting Team <br />The following capsules provide background about the team <br />that will be most closely supporting Jason in his work with <br />the City of Lino Lakes. As highlighted on our organization <br />chart, the City will have access to a wide variety of <br />professional disciplines through WSB's in -depth staff. <br />- <br />OMMW <br />Brian Bourassa, PE <br />CLIENT ADVOCATE <br />WSB offers this unique collaborative <br />position with our service offering. Brian's <br />knowledge of the City uniquely positions <br />him to assist in the strategic development of <br />City engineering initiatives. <br />Brian has more than 15 years of municipal engineering <br />experience and is a 23 year resident of the City of Lino Lakes <br />and has developed a deep understanding and love for the <br />community. During that time, Brian has focused on putting <br />the needs of the community first and has been involved with <br />numerous activities in the City, some of which are listed below: <br />• Consultant engineer for the City of Lino Lakes (while at <br />TKDA and OSM) <br />• Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee <br />• Watershed District Task Force <br />• Park Board Member <br />• Consultant engineer for private development projects <br />(while at MFRA) <br />• School and church volunteer <br />• Founding member of the Chain of Lakes Rotary Club <br />Brian will work with Jason during the transition period to <br />ensure a smooth transition of engineering duties, a thorough <br />and complete understanding of the City's engineering <br />goals, and that the foundation for a long -term partnership is <br />established. He will also be involved with City engineering <br />projects as a community resource, which will provide "on the <br />ground" research related to specific project details. Brian <br />will be an integral part of WSB's customer service effort <br />which will ensure that the ongoing service provided meets <br />or exceeds the City's expectations. He will utilize Client <br />Satisfaction Interviews and other project related follow -up to <br />make sure the City is satisfied in all areas related to WSB. <br />Brian's involvement in the City of Lino Lakes will be a <br />value added component to the WSB city engineering <br />offering and will guarantee that the needs of the City <br />of Lino Lakes will always be put first in this long -term <br />partnership. <br />Jeremy Koenen, PE <br />ASSISTANT CITY <br />ENGINEER <br />Jeremy will work with Jason on <br />day -to -day general engineering <br />assignments, will assist with <br />project design of City projects, and <br />review private development plans. <br />Jeremy has more than five years of engineering <br />experience in design and construction inspection <br />of infrastructure improvement projects. His design <br />experience includes sanitary sewer (new and <br />rehabilitation), watermain, storm sewer, streets, <br />and drainage projects. Jeremy has experience as <br />an in -house Assistant City Engineer with the City of <br />Minnetrista, where he performed general engineering <br />assignments and developer plan review. Jeremy is also <br />the lead municipal State Aid street resource at WSB and <br />is adept at optimizing a community's State Aid needs. <br />Matt John, EIT <br />MUNICIPAL <br />Matt will work with Jason and <br />Jeremy assisting with the design <br />elements of City projects and <br />providing construction observation <br />services. <br />Matt has two years of experience in construction <br />inspection, compiling estimates, and municipal <br />design. Matt has designed drainage, street and utility <br />improvements, and prepared plans and specifications <br />for reconstruction projects. He has prepared feasibility <br />reports including quantity takeoffs, and construction cost <br />estimates for several municipal projects. <br />Identification and Qualifications of Assigned Personnel NO <br />
