Steve Ische, PLS CONSTRUCTION /SURVEYING Steve and his supporting staff will provide the land surveying needs for the City. Steve is a Professional Land Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in the land surveying profession. Steve serves as WSB's Survey Group Manager where he manages the day -to -day operations of up to ten survey crews. Responsibilities include pre - acquisition right of way coordination, scheduling, survey computations, budgeting, ensuring survey processes are followed and deliverables are met. In addition, he has prepared numerous preliminary and final plats, boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, right of way analysis, and preliminary design surveys for street improvement projects. Mike Malszycki CONSTRUCTION /SURVEYING Mike will provide supervision and inspection for all aspects of construction on City projects. In addition, he will coordinate any asset management needs the City may require. Mike has over 25 years of experience in inspection services, drafting, and surveying. His work experience also includes coordinating with a diverse level of clients including Mn/ DOT, counties, and municipalities. Mike was also involved with the initial evaluation of all of the City of Lino Lakes streets (while at TKDA) and established the database used to create the City's pavement management program. As part of Mike's regular duties he has provided training to other staff and clients in the areas of construction inspection and asset management and is knowledgeable in the use of TRACS, OneOffice, FieldOps, ArcView, AutoCAD, and Cartegraph asset management software. rQ ,F Tom Roushar, PE WATER /WASTEWATER Tom will provide wastewater project support to the City of Lino Lakes. Tom has over 37 years of experience serving as project manager or engineering manager for capital improvements covering all facets of conveyance and treatment of wastewater. His wastewater experience includes comprehensive sanitary sewer system plans, infiltration /inflow (1 /I) studies, sewer system evaluation studies, sewer rehabilitation and the planning and design of lift station & force mains, major trunk sewers, and wastewater treatment facilities. Jamie Wallerstedt, PE WATER /WASTEWATER Jamie will provide water system planning and design to the City of Lino Lakes, which would include any new wells required to meet the City's current and future water demands. Jamie has nine years of experience on a wide variety of water projects. Her water experience includes wells, pump houses, booster stations, reservoirs, treatment plants and water distribution systems. She has also completed water system comprehensive plans and is an adept distribution system modeler. Jamie has completed rate studies, funding, and permitting applications. She was also involved with the watermain interconnection between the Cities of Hugo and Lino Lakes. Identification and Qualifications of Assigned Personnel
