Steve Ische, PLS <br />CONSTRUCTION /SURVEYING <br />Steve and his supporting staff will provide <br />the land surveying needs for the City. <br />Steve is a Professional Land Surveyor with <br />over 25 years of experience in the land <br />surveying profession. Steve serves as WSB's Survey Group <br />Manager where he manages the day -to -day operations <br />of up to ten survey crews. Responsibilities include pre - <br />acquisition right of way coordination, scheduling, survey <br />computations, budgeting, ensuring survey processes are <br />followed and deliverables are met. In addition, he has <br />prepared numerous preliminary and final plats, boundary <br />and topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, <br />right of way analysis, and preliminary design surveys for <br />street improvement projects. <br />Mike Malszycki <br />CONSTRUCTION /SURVEYING <br />Mike will provide supervision and <br />inspection for all aspects of construction <br />on City projects. In addition, he will <br />coordinate any asset management needs <br />the City may require. <br />Mike has over 25 years of experience in inspection services, <br />drafting, and surveying. His work experience also includes <br />coordinating with a diverse level of clients including Mn/ <br />DOT, counties, and municipalities. Mike was also involved <br />with the initial evaluation of all of the City of Lino Lakes <br />streets (while at TKDA) and established the database used <br />to create the City's pavement management program. As <br />part of Mike's regular duties he has provided training to <br />other staff and clients in the areas of construction inspection <br />and asset management and is knowledgeable in the use <br />of TRACS, OneOffice, FieldOps, ArcView, AutoCAD, and <br />Cartegraph asset management software. <br />rQ ,F <br />Tom Roushar, PE <br />WATER /WASTEWATER <br />Tom will provide wastewater project <br />support to the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Tom has over 37 years of experience <br />serving as project manager or <br />engineering manager for capital improvements covering <br />all facets of conveyance and treatment of wastewater. <br />His wastewater experience includes comprehensive <br />sanitary sewer system plans, infiltration /inflow (1 /I) <br />studies, sewer system evaluation studies, sewer <br />rehabilitation and the planning and design of lift station <br />& force mains, major trunk sewers, and wastewater <br />treatment facilities. <br />Jamie Wallerstedt, PE <br />WATER /WASTEWATER <br />Jamie will provide water system <br />planning and design to the City of <br />Lino Lakes, which would include any <br />new wells required to meet the City's <br />current and future water demands. <br />Jamie has nine years of experience on a wide variety of <br />water projects. Her water experience includes wells, pump <br />houses, booster stations, reservoirs, treatment plants and <br />water distribution systems. She has also completed water <br />system comprehensive plans and is an adept distribution <br />system modeler. Jamie has completed rate studies, <br />funding, and permitting applications. She was also <br />involved with the watermain interconnection between the <br />Cities of Hugo and Lino Lakes. <br />Identification and Qualifications of Assigned Personnel <br />
