BJ Bonin, PG <br />SPECIALTY (GEOLOGY) <br />BJ will provide direction to the City in <br />identifying suitable locations for new <br />municipal wells that will maximize water <br />production. <br />BJ has over 15 years of experience in geology, wells, <br />and municipal engineering projects. BJ's expertise lies <br />in well field development and well construction including <br />planning, design, cost estimating, and construction <br />inspection. BJ is familiar with area geology based on <br />siting two wells in Hugo. He has additional experience <br />in surveying, GIS, DNR well permitting requirements, and <br />resource assessments. <br />Barritt Lovelace, PE <br />SPECIALTY (STRUCTURAL) <br />Barritt and his team will provide <br />structural engineering expertise. <br />Barritt is a Senior Structural Engineer in <br />our Structural Group, with over 14 years of <br />experience. His experience encompasses various areas <br />including bridges, retaining walls, buildings, water and <br />wastewater facilities, and bridge safety inspections. He <br />has been the lead engineer for over 35 bridge projects in <br />Minnesota. He has worked closely with Mn /DOT on a wide <br />variety of bridge inspections and redesigns. <br />John Mackiewicz <br />SPECIALTY (GIS) <br />John will provide Geographical <br />Information System and Asset <br />Management System analysis, design, <br />and implementation of GIS based tools. <br />John has more than ten years of experience related <br />to Information and Asset Management Systems. John <br />is currently the private business representative to the <br />Statewide Minnesota Geographic Advisory Council and <br />has ten years of experience managing GIS projects, AMS <br />projects, designing databases, and performing complex <br />analysis. Through John, WSB is a long time partner of <br />Cartegraph Systems Inc. and is only one of two firms <br />nationally recognized as a Gold Level consultant <br />partner. <br />Sonya Henning, PE <br />SPECIALTY (RIGHT OF WAY) <br />Sonya is a reputable right of way <br />engineer and acquisition specialist <br />and she will help the City work <br />through land acquisition projects. <br />Sonya has more than 15 years of civil engineering and right of <br />way experience. Sonya's Iicensures in civil engineering and real <br />estate provides a knowledgeable project manager and credible <br />right of way acquisition agent who can explain the acquisition <br />process as well as the design, schedule, and construction needs. <br />This aids in creating a consistent acquisition team, trusting <br />relationships with the property owners, and an effective voice for <br />the City. Sonya's responsibilities include project management, <br />acquisition, negotiation, and coordination. <br />Kelsey Johnson <br />SPECIALTY (PLANNING) <br />Kelsey is available to assist the City <br />with community planning efforts as <br />needed. <br />Kelsey has three years of experience <br />as a community planner. Kelsey has served as the project <br />manager and lead planner on comprehensive plan updates, <br />zoning ordinance updates, subdivision regulation updates, <br />and housing action plans. In addition to her planning <br />experience, she is also skilled at creating and updating maps <br />using GIS software. <br />Kirk Corson <br />SPECIALTY (PLANNING) <br />Kirk is a long time resident of <br />Lino Lakes, a former Planning <br />Commission member, and <br />is currently on the Economic <br />Development Commission. <br />Kirk is a planner (AICP), certified general real estate <br />appraiser, and real estate broker, with almost 30 years <br />of experience in development planning and review; <br />municipal planning; construction; and right of way <br />acquisition, documentation, and valuation. <br />Identification and Qualifications of Assigned Personnel <br />
