• (b.) The chief of the Centennial Fire District may detail such members of the fire department as may be necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of this ordinance. Section 4. Permits and Fees. The issuance of permits and the collection of fees shall be assessed for work governed by this code in accordance with the city's adopted fee schedule and as set forth in the Minnesota State Fire Code. Section 5. Penalties. A person who violates the provisions of the Minnesota State Fire Code or this ordinance after being given written notice shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day's violation after notice thereof shall constitute a separate offense. Section 6. Ordinance Self - Perpetuating. This ordinance shall perpetually include the most current edition of the Minnesota State Fire Code. Section 7. Repeals. All ordinances and parts of ordinances that conflict therewith are hereby repealed. Section 8. Effective Date of Ordinance.
