E. WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS: <br />The proposed improvements include extending the existing 8 -inch watermain to <br />the west, for approximately 300 feet, through the intersection of 77th Street and <br />Marilyn Avenue. In addition, the proposed improvements include extending an <br />8inch watermain to the north within Marilyn Avenue for approximately 100 feet. <br />The watermain is being extended through the proposed roadway improvements <br />at the intersection of 77th Street and Marilyn Avenue to facilitate future <br />expansion of the City's water supply system in the area. <br />F. RIGHT -OF -WAY AND PROPERTY ACQUISITION: <br />Acquisition of private property will be required to provide adequate right -of -way <br />for the 77th Street realignment as well as the proposed right turn lane <br />construction on Lake Drive. Also, acquisition of private property is required to <br />provide roadway access to future developments both north and south of the <br />realigned 77th Street. Lastly, the City is proposing to acquire private property for <br />construction of the infiltration basin. This private property is located at the <br />northeast corner of 77th Street and Marilyn Avenue. The proposed impacted <br />parcels, as shown in the table below, will be affected by right -of -way or property <br />acquisition such that the improvements can be constructed.
