The right -of -way area <br />required for the realigned 77th Street is estimated to be 15,834 square feet, <br />or 59% of the parcel area. <br />Please note, the estimated acquisition costs listed above are only estimates and <br />were provided by the City of Lino Lakes. The estimated costs are being cited to <br />assist the City in the overall financing for the 77th Street realignment project. <br />Actual residential appraisals will be performed on the subject properties prior to <br />the City acquiring property for the project. <br />Lastly, the parcel intended to be fully taken by the City (Parcel ID 08- 31- 22 -43- <br />002) will require additional costs from the City to demolish the existing housing <br />structure and relocate the current property owners. Estimated costs are $30,000 <br />and $25,000 respectively.
