D. Unsafe acts <br />1. If a City of Lino Lakes employee witnesses a contractor or sub - contractor <br />performing an unsafe act, the employee should report the act to his or her <br />supervisor immediately. If action is necessary after evaluating the report, <br />the City of Lino Lakes supervisor shall report the unsafe act to a person <br />who can stop the act, or communicate with the contractor or sub- <br />contractor to stop the act. <br />2. If a citizen or other non - employee reports an unsafe the City of Lino <br />Lakes employee who receives the report should pro e the report to his or <br />her supervisor. It is the responsibility of the sur ¢ isor t '•vestigate the <br />report, and if necessary, stop the unsafe act in acc`o' .nc 5 subsection <br />3. Examples of this training may be: permit- required confined <br />spacentry, employee right -to -know, etc. <br />er the contract is awarded, but prior to bejnning work covered under <br />the contract, City of Lino Lakes will provide the contractor and any sub- <br />contractors with an orientation of City of Lino Lakes operations. This <br />orientation will focus on workplace and project safety. If the contractor <br />has already received this orientation, and has all the information that is <br />provided in the orientation, the orientation is not necessary. Orientation <br />topics will normally iaelucie but not be limited to: <br />i.
