HSEM, a grant agreement will be executed and signed by MN Homeland Security <br />and Emergency Management and the county officials who will serve as fiscal agents <br />for the grant. Do not spend any of this grant award until a signed and fully- executed <br />grant contract is completed. <br />All purchases and expenditures made must be used to support projects identified below. As <br />the fiscal agent for the grant, your jurisdiction is responsible for tracking of all funds <br />expended and the distribution of all equipment purchased with this grant. The 2009 grant <br />awards are specific to the projects and activities identified in the investment justifications <br />which they are a part of and cannot be re- allocated to other projects /activities without written <br />state and federal approval.
