Case Number 10258649 Details <br />CASE DESCRIPTION: 09561 ANIMAL - DOG BITES <br />DATE OF INCIDENT: 11/9/2010 18:29 <br />LOCATION OF INCIDENT: 1366 WOLF CIR, LINO LAKES, MN 55038 - <br />NAME DOB SEX INVOLVEMENT <br />HANSON, CHRISTOPHER CHARLES 3/27/1981 M COMPLAINANT <br />SAWH, MITCHELL BISSOONDYAL 5/20/1958 M SUSPECT <br />REPORTING OFFICER(S): RSMW WAGNER, S <br />NARRATIVE: <br />ICR #10- 258649 <br />Officer Steve Wagner #118 <br />11/09/2010 <br />Synopsis: I spoke to Hanson by phone regarding a dog bite report. Hanson indicated that while <br />delivering furniture to 1366 Wolf Cir., the dog at that address bit his left hand. I had Hanson email <br />me photos of the bite for evidence. CSO Wills and I subsequently went to the residence and <br />impounded the dog at Otter Lake Animal Hospital [OLAH] as the dog had previously been declared <br />a dangerous dog. <br />Officer's Actions /Observations: I: <br />* spoke to Hanson by phone <br />* requested Hanson photograph his injuries and email them to me for evidence <br />* received the photos which indicated a bite mark on his left hand [on the lower palm opposite the <br />thumb] <br />* observed the bite broke the skin <br />* placed the photos into evidence <br />* advised CSO Wills of the call as I was aware that the dog had just been declared a dangerous dog <br />* went to 1366 Wolf Cir. with CSO Wills and spoke to a homeowner /resident Andra Sawh [see CSO <br />Wills report for statements] <br />* advised Andra Sawh that the dog had to be impounded today due to the dog being previously <br />listed as a dangerous dog <br />* advised Andra Sawh that we would return for the dog after the remainder of the family returned <br />home so they could assist in transporting the dog in a manner that was safest for the dog and the <br />public <br />* returned to 1366 Wolf Cir. again with CSO Wills and spoke to the Mitchell Sawh about the <br />impounding of the dog <br />* advised the Sawhs that they could appeal the issue to the city council within 14 days per the city <br />ordinance [which CSO Wills gave to Andra Sawh] <br />* had Mitchell Sawh and his children bring the dog with us over to OLAH <br />* advised Mitchell Sawh to contact Chief Strege regarding the possible removal of the dog to an out <br />of state location as a possible remedy <br />Complainant's Statements: Christopher Hanson stated: <br />• <br />• <br />
