• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -74 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ANNUAL PERMIT ALLOWING THE SALE <br />OF CONSUMER FIREWORKS <br />AT THE LINO LAKES QUIK STOP, 6501 WARE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly <br />scheduled meeting on May 8, 2006, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a report outlining a permit application <br />received from Q.S. Inc; and; <br />WHEREAS, the police department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />investigation of the applicants, and; <br />WHEREAS, the fire marshal has reviewed the application and premises; <br />• WHEREAS, the requested site for sales, 6501 Ware Road, is zoned for general <br />business purpose; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance, authorization from the <br />building owner and has paid the necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves an annual Fireworks Permit for Q.S.
