Resumes <br />Springsted will assign a consulting team with extensive experience in <br />classification and pay, human resources management, organizational and <br />productivity improvement, financial management and municipal operations. <br />All consulting team members have excellent academic credentials and hands - <br />on local government and human resources management experience. A Vice <br />President of the firm will be available throughout the engagement and <br />actively involved in all phases of the study. <br />• <br />Ann Antonsen, Vice President and Client Representative, will serve as the <br />project director and the City's primary contact for this project. She will <br />coordinate the Springsted project team to ensure that all work products meet the <br />City's needs and objectives. Ms. Antonsen has over 15 years of experience in <br />developing classification and compensation plans for Minnesota public entities <br />and assisting public agencies with pay equity compliance. <br />Karyn Beckjorden, Analyst, will assist in the task analysis of City positions, <br />administration of the salary survey, and development of a new compensation <br />plan. Ms. Beckjorden has assisted and advised clients on employee <br />classification, compensation and benefit issues and job evaluations.
