Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09 -74 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 18 <br />LAKE DRIVE/135W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the <br />City awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive/1 -35W Improvement Project to <br />Lunda Construction Company, and <br />WHEREAS, final erosion control inspections found erosion failures adjacent to County <br />Ditch 10 -22 -32 along the south end of the project; and <br />WHEREAS, the project engineer has determined that repairs are necessary to correct <br />the erosion problem, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No.18, is hereby approved in the amount of $4,500.00 <br />John J. Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of September, 2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
