Chair Schaps asked the applicants if they had any concerns regarding the right -of -way dedication. Pastor Gilbertson requested clarification on the amount of land that must be dedicated for the right -of -way. He stated the Church agreed to the land dedication, however, it was his understanding that the land needed for the right -of -way would only extend to the end of the parsonage lot.
